HANKIM, a contemporary womenswear brand, was founded by designer Han Kim.
debuted at Paris Fashion Week, spring summer2020. The brand HANKIM reinterprets the beauty of modern women and adds experimental colours and strange details to witty unraveling the brand values. Since then, the brand has been expanded through Paris and Shanghai Fashion Week to extend his own outlook.
Han Kim graduated from Royal College of Art MA Fashion womenswear in 2017 and Central Saint Martins BA Fashion Print in 2015, He was selected as the Top 10 New York Times graduation show pieces, his works received a host of presses including selected as the best graduation show by VOGUE UK and CNN.
KIM has won SFDF Samsung Design Fund, the Sophie Hallette Prize, Grayson Perry award and the Alcantara Award and he received numerous calls and attention from professors, designers, and influential presses. Among them, he enters the master’s degree through the offer of a professor at the Royal College of Arts.
KIM was invited London Fashion Week to exhibit his works and He began to conceive of a personal brand business by developing his skills to brand. After returning to Korea, he officially launched the brand named 'HANKIM' in 2019.
